KITCHEN & HEATING IMPROVEMENTS
Stage One of our planned improvements have now been completed.
Additional heaters, and ceiling sweep fans, have been installed in the Main Hall - and have really helped boost the temperature. Those of you who came to some of the Village Cinema evenings or the recent Quiz will have felt the benefit !
Hopefully we will make a start on the kitchen improvements this summer. It depends on whether we are successful in getting some more grant aid.
As and when the work is complete it will make it easier to cater for events such as The Harvest Supper - and hopefully allow us to start up a regular Luncheon Club.

COFFEE MORNINGS
Last Saturday in the Month
Our ever popular Coffee mornings are held on the last Saturday of the month, from 10am to 12. As well as the usual coffee and cakes it's a chance to catch up with the gossip, and to browse some of the regular table tops. There's a book stall, and a children's play area too.
In previous years the Coffee Mornings have taken a Summer Break - but this year we have decided to carry on running them throughout the school holidays. You will find the dates in the Events Calendar.

JIVE CLASSES
A series of Jive Classes is currently being run in the Hall on Tuesday evenings between 7.45 - 9.15pm. Beginners welcome.

100 CLUB
A big thank you to all of you who continue to support our 100 Club. It represents a vital source of income for the Hall. However there are still some numbers available and we'd be delighted to welcome some new members. Here's the deal - you pay a £1 a month. In return there's a monthly draw with prizes ranging from £25 to £5. And in the summer there's a one off draw with a prize of £250 !! The odds are much better than the National Lottery too..!

SHORT MAT BOWLS - ALL WELCOME

WATER COLOUR CLASSES
It is hoped that a new season of water colour classes for beginners and intermediates will begin in the Autumn. More details to follow - but in the meantime speak to Dee Evans or Julie Morris 677190 to find out more.

OTHER CLASSES
We are always keen to attract new classes and activities to the Hall. So if you or someone you know wants to start up a class, be it Yoga, Gym Ball, a Mother and Toddlers Group, Aromatherapy sessions or even a Local History Class give us a call.
