Now, with no shop, no village hall and only one Public House, Tibenham has suffered much from the rural decline in England in this century.  With widely scattered rural housing and no obvious focus of a village centre, there are very few organisations left in Tibenham.   

However, a ray of hope for the future of the community has appeared from the Village Hall committee's success in securing National Lottery funding for the construction of our first ever village hall.  The Village Hall is now complete and many exciting activities are taking place, breathing new life into our village and providing a focal point for the village.  Click here for details.
